SukiCakes is a small-batch bakery based in Southern California, specializing in traditional and Asian-inspired fusion cookies. Each cookie starts with rich, fragrant brown butter, dark brown sugar, and a touch of cream—creating a soft, flavorful bite every time.
We offer a rotating variety of flavors and are always experimenting with new and exciting creations. Because we are a small business, all cookies are made to order, and advance notice may be required. We may occasionally limit orders based on availability and capacity.

Hi there! I'm Adrienne, founder of SukiCakes. I am a professionally trained baker, having earned my certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Oregon Culinary Institute. When I am not surrounded by butter and sugar and flour, I am a legal researcher. I am currently working towards a masters in library science, with a concentration in law librarianship (University of North Texas). I have a Juris Doctor (Southwestern Law School), a Masters in Criminology (University of South Carolina), and a Bachelors in Criminal Justice (University of North Texas).
My areas of interest are: sex crimes, intimate partner violence, crimes against children, race and crime, judicial paternalism, homicide, miscarriages of justice, legal theory and research.
